Is there a monthly fee?+
Not to us. You pay the setup once. The server (~€6/mo) and AI usage (a few dollars a month) are paid directly by you — no middleman, no surprises. An optional maintenance plan is available.
Where is my data stored?+
On your own server. Customer conversations live on your machine, not ours. Everything is yours, at any moment.
Can I still use WhatsApp on my phone?+
You watch every conversation live from the panel and can mute the AI with one click to take over. You can keep an eye on your phone too.
What if the AI says something wrong?+
The assistant only speaks from the information you provide (prices, hours, services); when unsure it says 'our team will get back to you' and hands the chat to you. It never makes things up.
How long does setup take?+
Usually the same day after we receive your business info form, 48 hours at most. All that's left for you is scanning a QR code.
